Processing time
Due to the custom hand-made nature of my products, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping can take up to 2 weeks.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipment Delivery
ComaVVitch will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. However, once your shipment is dropped off with the mail carrier we are not responsible for the delivery of package. For support for missing deliveries you will need to contact the mail carrier for resolution.
